Advance Payments
Through this service, the company engaged in trade, in order to facilitate its transactions, may simply send in advance either the total value of a relative proforma invoice (100% in advance payment) or a part of it as agreed between the seller and buyer.
However, the advance payment of the invoice does not secure the execution of the trade transaction.
Documentation needed on Advance Payments
For total (100%) Advance Payment
- Settlement Application (completed and signed)
- Proforma invoice, order, sales confirmation, performa invoice
- Agent’s declaration (in case there is an agent’s mediation)
- Any other possible documents
- Application (completed and signed)
